Randi Schatz Appointed New President of AVENUE Magazine
Manhattan Media recently announced that Randi Schatz has been appointed the new President of AVENUE magazine. “We are absolutely thrilled,” said Tom Allon, the President/CEO of Manhattan Media. Randi was previously the Vice President and Publisher of Worth Magazine, the Executive Vice President of Our365 Media, Group Publisher at Reed International Television Group, and most recently the Chief Revenue Officer of Hitviews where she created original marketing content for some of the world’s largest consumer brands. Best-selling Author and Journalist Michael Gross Named Real Estate Editor of AVENUE Magazine
AVENUE Magazine has named Michael Gross, the best-selling author of Unreal Estate and 740 Park, to become AVENUE's Real Estate Editor. "AVENUE is the expert on luxury, style and wealth in New York," said Gross. "Everyone in the real estate community knows that AVENUE's audience is more exclusive than any other publication’s. I'm excited to join the AVENUE team to lift the curtain wall on some of New York’s prestigious properties."
Gross has written eleven books, including Unreal Estate, Rogues’ Gallery and 740 Park Avenue, and is now working on his next, The House of Outrageous Fortune, about the iconic Fifteen CPW. He has been a columnist at The New York Times, a Contributing Editor of New York magazine and will continue to pen a twice- monthly column for at Crain's New York Business.

Manhattan Media Launches 'Our Town downtown'
Manhattan Media plans to publish a spin-off of the East Side weekly Our Town,
called Our Town downtown. The new real estate and lifestyle newsweekly
will target Manhattan residents living below 28th Street, paying particular
attention to the area's increasingly residential demographic, MediaPost
